"I recently had the pleasure of working with Encore Builders to upgrade the front yard of my hillside home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Brandon and OZ are fabulous people who very obviously know what they are doing. The team at Encore Builders carefully evaluated the soil conditions, selecting the perfect type and color of mulch to complement the natural surroundings. Now I never even knew what mulch is but the guys explained every step of the process. they explained that mulch would keep the plants we installed hydrated even during the hot LA summers. Mulch has temperature regulating properties that would protect the roots and enrich the soil promoting growth. Ummm where has mulch been my entire life???? Speaking of plants, Encore Builders went above and beyond in helping me choose the right ones. I wanted it mostly green but just a tiny pop of color. They took the time to understand my preferences, as well as the specific sunlight and soil requirements of each plant species. I think that we ended up picking out is a gorgeous blend of foliage that accents the contours of my property. Moreover, the team at Encore Builders meticulously positioned each plant, taking into account factors such as spacing and growth potential to create a balanced and visually appealing landscape. Their commitment to quality craftsmanship was evident in every detail, from the placement of individual plants to the strategic arrangement of shrubs and flowers to create depth and texture. As a result of Encore Builders' expertise and dedication, my front yard has been transformed. The vibrant colors of the plants, combined with the rich texture of the mulch, have breathed new life into my home. "This was our second job with Mr. Mark Cullen, the first went so well we had him back in to install a new exterior door for us. As before, he was FANTASTIC, very personable and professional. He first came out and scoped the job, then at an arranged time he came back with the extra parts needed and spent the day installing the door. He had to deal with my wild security ideas and additions to the door, and he had to deal with electricians going in and out with a whole house rewire that was going on at the same time. Mark surprised them by speaking fluent Spanish with them. They were VERY impressed. We will definitely use Mark's services for any future work within his scope. In fact he will be coming back and installing a new window for us sometime soon."

"First Stop Construction updated our kitchen, washroom and 1/2 bathroom. When I say update it doesn't accurately describe the complete rehabilitation our home received. Our home is now inviting from the moment you walk in the door and see the beautiful kitchen ahead. Every piece of work by Tom and his team has held up incredibly and has been so easy to maintain. From the beautiful counter tops to our special cat box the update has done so much for our home. From the original handshake, the thorough quotation and the hierarchy at the company providing samples to my HOA (for their approval) to the installation of the windows and sliding door, it was painless and stress-free for myself. The install itself was an eye opener; the guys worked fast & efficiently, and really knew what they were doing, even on my second story windows. Living close to Sunset Blvd, the first major benefit I noticed was the significant sound difference compared to my old windows, its simply amazing! They look great, I'm over the moon. "We recently had System Pavers complete our second backyard project. Phase 1 was in 2014, and it was now time to expand it with a fire pit, larger patio, walls, and a putting green! It was a joy to work with them again! The end results were absolute perfection in our eyes. We are thoroughly enjoying their creative masterpiece. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We canâ t wait for phase 3 next year! From beginning to end, Jeff Laack and Aaron Kennedy were phenomenal. We are so grateful for their expertise. Jeff came to our home late November of last year. He was friendly, respectful, and connected well with our family. He had a vision from the beginning and brought about an excitement that we did not even know was possible with pavers. He saw the potential in our backyard, and made it come to life with spectacular plans that blew our minds. The curves, angles, materials were beautifully captured in his design. He envisioned a putting green in part of our yard that our children would enjoy. It transformed our project and added so much greenery and fun to the space. Jeff worked with us to bring our dreams come to reality with the budget we had. It was truly more than we could have hoped for. He was a delight to work with. Professional, friendly, creative, and energetic. The design process was fast. He worked with our challenging HOA and was patient when problems arose on our end. From the first meeting to the final walk through, Jeff was outstanding. System Pavers is lucky to have such a tremendous visionary. When demo day came, so did our phenomenal Project Manager. I still smile when I think about what a kind, creative, meticulous, and enthusiastic guy he is. We were so fortunate to see Aaron every day for almost 3 weeks. He connected with our family in such a fun way. He went through every inch of our yard with us and made sure everything was more than perfect and to our liking. He led his crew well. He communicated with us constantly. He also made sure the whole family, including our 3 young children, had FUN with the construction process. My kids looked forward to having Aaron visit each morning. He was a burst of sunshine and made sure it was a pleasant experience. In fact, we were heartbroken when the project completed because it was such a fantastic experience. Aaron worked long hours to make sure our backyard turned into our dream space for the family. He is extremely knowledgeable in construction and made sure everything was beautiful crafted. We made revisions along the way, and he always overcommunicated to make sure we were happy. We received daily job comments via email that helped us stay updated on the work for each day. Aaron is an outstanding manager and person. Any future job will be lucky to have him as a manager. He â s going places! We were honored to work with him. The end results were flawless and exquisite, thanks to Aaron and the crew he led! Not only were Jeff and Aaron wonderful, but I also want to comment on the workers. We have a large window in our family room that our children and I would look out of each day. We commented that they literally never stopped for one second. They just kept on going and going and going. Their work ethic was outstanding. All the men were respectful, polite, and friendly. They showed up early every day and worked long hours, 6 days a week. They were all experts in their work. We were impressed with their skills. We are now landscaping and enjoying our beautiful new backyard. Phase 2 complete! We canâ t wait for phase 3 next year. With eager hearts, we highly recommend System Pavers to everyone!"
