I'm very pleased with the results. This job was actually for a replacement of an heat pump and air handler. The communication was excellent. The work was started and completed shortly after accepting the quote. Tyson included items that other quotes did not. (bringing system up to code, new electrical wires and boxes, new pvc, correcting duct angles, more efficient plenums, etc.) so there were no surprise costs. Although the install took longer then expected, the crew worked until it was correct and completed, then they did a thorough clean up! Tyson helped his crew, and even came back the next day to replace a faulty thermostat and do a QC to verify all was right. He took his time to explain the process and the equipment. The finished product has a very neat and clean appearance. I appreciated their attention to detail. Airway is highly recommended!!!

I had a great experience with Tyson Hiestand from Airway Mechanical. He installed a new AC unit in my house in about 6 hours. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. The quality of his work was fantastic, and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also took the time to answer my questions and educate me on heating and AC systems. He even came back a few days later when I had a minor issue with the fuse (due to power issues in the area) and showed me how to fix it. I am over the moon with the result, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs AC installation or repair.
