"I cannot say enough about our technician, Jordan, or the service of In Phase. We put our request into Angi and probably 1 minute later In Phase called. We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago. We thought we could do it ourselves, but our home had 3 zones, a two-wire boiler, and a newly added Central Air system. I had tried to hire other companies to do the job in the past, but very few companies were familiar with Ecobees. When In Phase called they were confident in the Ecobee system and were able to get us in the next day. Jordan showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable about the system. He had everything up and running in about 2.5 hours. This easily saved my husband and I a weekend of working on this, not to mention the fact that I didn't have to hear any cursing. (LOL!) BTW...we had already purchased everything, Jordan installed it and got it all set up for us. Many thanks!"

"I was in the middle of selling a home when my furnace failed inspection due to a cracked heat exchanger. If that wasn't frustrating enough, I contacted several well known companies in the area and all of them wouldn't be able to complete a new furnace install for a couple weeks.... did I mention that I am in the middle of selling my house! I scheduled an install date which, yes big name HVAC companies, was the same week as the quote. When the date came I was first greeted by Bob number 2. He was a really nice guy and we shared some stories of our military service as he set up. Bob number 1 showed up a short time later and things started to progress quickly. Before I knew it the furnace install was complete. Everything looked great and I once again had heat! I would recommend this company to anyone who isn't looking to overpay for a new furnace. You will get the same quality service as the big name companies without the big pricetag."

I noticed I was not getting my radiators to heat and he immediately came out on a Sunday and was able to resolve the situation on the spot which was related to my chimney and suggested to look into possibly getting the chimney relined have a home built in 1928.
