"Empire was the best find! Searched for blind repair and he came removed my 2 125 inch blind repaired the cords and offered cleaning. Additional took my wool and silk rug and cleaned it. I was concerned that they would clean it properly but blinds came back like new and rug was cleaned to perfection. Remains soft and plush. (In the past another vendor destroyed another wool rug that I had to discard). 100% pleases. Returned and completed job sooner than the 2 weeks they said it would take.
