He set up carbonite and their office has even called when they have seen that there is a problem with the carbonite not being backed up. They can fix some things remotely, which is awesome. They helped me get the best computer and printer for my sons college needs at a great price. They even helped with setting up a better wifi system in my house and fixing wiring issues. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend them. The only downside is that I found their office a little tricky to find, but they are happy to come to you too."
