The service Technician, Kai, was very courteous and professional and explained everything in detail. He provided various options and costs to repair my AC system that was not holding temperature. Unlike other companies, there was no pressure or up sell to buy a new system or to go with a particular repair option. Other companies only provided one repair option. The options and costs were very reasonable and fair so I decided to hire Ambient Air. After I scheduled the repair, Kai was prompt and fixed the system in a timely manner.
